This is a remembrance. Crafted in honor of Bama Belle (2010–2026), this medium roast comes from small micro farms in Costa Rica’s Alajuela region, where coffee is grown with patience, care, and heart just like Bama.

Rooted in rich volcanic loam and nurtured at elevations of 1300–1445 meters, these Caturra and Catuai beans reflect the beauty of where they come from. The cup opens with soft sweetness, notes of crisp apple and raisin followed by a smooth, honeyed finish that lingers gently, never loud, always comforting. Eco-pulped and sun-dried, the process allows the coffee’s natural character to shine, just as it was meant to.
